The brand's expansion plans align with the growth of the chains Technopolis and Praktiker, with each HOLIDAY PARK location hosting a hypermarket from one of the two chains, and in some complexes, both are present.

HOLIDAY PARK retail complexes already welcome customers in Pazardzhik, Pernik, Stara Zagora, and Haskovo, with a total retail space exceeding 100,000 square meters. Several more retail parks are currently under construction across the country.
