The history of "Nedelya" pastry shops began on April 1, 1993, when Radoslava and Georgi Minchevi opened a small pastry shop on Baba Nedelya Square in Sofia. Initially, 3 people worked in the pastry shop, and the Minchevi family themselves produced the cakes and welcomed their first customers. To this day, the Minchevi family believes that handmade production, high-quality products, and fresh cakes are the reasons why "Nedelya" is loved throughout Bulgaria. Our qualified master confectioners create each cake with style and attention to detail, in a modernly equipped workshop that meets all international standards.
